Finally we can show you this wedding at Finca A Fortaleza. But we also wanted to take the opportunity to tell you a little about the current situation.
It is a very natural wedding and one of the last weddings of last season. The bride got dressed in the estate suite andthe groom came flying. It was a very emotional and fun wedding in equal parts, where the friends had a great role and involvement.
What a strange time we are having to live.
After almost a month and a half locked up at home , many of you have had to cancel or postpone your wedding. Others of you are thinking about what will happen and you are pulling your hair out because if you can do it, you won’t have time to finish many of the things you had planned, or you are worried about getting the whole family together when there is a virus swarming around.
I am going to tell you a little about what is happening to us and our boyfriends.
Couples getting married during quarantine.
To the bride and groom who were getting married now in a quarantine period, we gave them all the available date options both this year and next year so that they could compare them with the rest of the providers and find the best option together. In March, it was still possible to have a wedding at the end of the year, but as time went by and with the speculations of the dam, this is increasingly ruled out.
What happens to us couples who get married in July, August or even September?
Many find that the quarantine has prevented them from organizing many things that they had prepared, brides who have not yet finished the dress tests or invitations awaiting date confirmation. Other couples also see that the pandemic seems not going to disappear overnight, so it seems like a risk to them to bring so many people together.
What we are doing, a more or less definitive plan B, giving availability options and depending on each case, closing the new wedding date or leaving it a bit on standby until this situation is clarified.
In short, possibly almost all the weddings we have this year have to move to next year. In this sense, we haveto thank our partners for their understanding and for trying to keep all the providers they already had contracted.
What happens in 2021?
The people who had already hired before the pandemic, of course, have their date already reserved and saved. Logically, by moving weddings from this year to next year, we start the 2021 campaign with many days already busy, so couples who start hiring now are more limited in options. Also say that before definitively closing a date with a new partner, we talk to this year’s boyfriends to take them into account.
Much encouragement to all those who find themselves in this situation, do not lose for a moment the illusion with which you have been planning your day for so long. For our part, we are here for everything you need and we can help you.
